With over 30 years of experience in the renovation and home improvement industry, James leads our team with the steady hand of someone who’s seen—and fixed—just about everything. As an Eagle Scout, he learned early on the value of integrity, hard work, and serving others, and those principles have shaped his entire career.

James is a father, grandfather, and proud dog dad to his labradoodle, Copper, who rarely leaves his side. Known by customers and family alike as the guy who can fix anything, he’s just as handy off the clock—often found in his garage tinkering, repairing, or building something new.

His experience, patience, and genuine love for helping people set the tone for our company. James leads with both craftsmanship and heart, making sure every project is done the right way the first time.

PROJECT MANAGER

Richard is an Army veteran, a devoted father of three boys, and the driving force behind our project coordination. As our Project Manager, he brings together technical know-how and real-world experience to keep jobs running efficiently and clients fully informed every step of the way. Known as a wizard with the PC, Richard handles scheduling, communication, problem-solving, and the countless moving parts that make each project successful.

With 10+ years of hands-on experience in the field—including carpentry, renovations, and full project oversight—he understands the work from the ground up. That insight allows him to bridge the gap between planning and execution with confidence, clarity, and reliability.

Outside the job, Richard enjoys capturing moments behind the camera, often finding his greatest inspiration in everyday adventures with his three boys. That same eye for detail and appreciation for craftsmanship carries over into the work he does for our clients.

FIELD SERVICES SPECIALIST

Alonzo is a proud tradesman with 3+ years of experience in the trades, bringing energy, dedication, and a constant drive to learn something new to every project. As one of our Field Services Specialists, he’s the guy who shows up ready to work, eager to tackle challenges, and always looking for ways to improve his craft.

Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, Alonzo combines hands-on skill with a genuine enthusiasm for the trade. He’s the kind of team member who doesn’t just get the job done—he makes sure it’s done right, taking pride in every detail along the way.

Alonzo loves picking up new techniques and tools of the trade, then putting them to use on the job site to help deliver better results for our clients. His commitment to growth, reliability, and teamwork makes him an invaluable part of our crew and a familiar friendly face on many of our projects.

CHIEF MORALE OFFICER

Copper is the heart and mascot of the team — a friendly labradoodle who takes his role as Chief Morale Officer very seriously. Whether he’s greeting the crew in the morning, supervising job-site planning from a comfortable spot nearby, or simply lifting spirits with a well-timed tail wag, Copper makes every day a little brighter.

Known for his unwavering loyalty to James and his love for anyone willing to offer a scratch behind the ears, Copper brings warmth, calm, and a touch of fun to even the busiest days. He may not swing a hammer, but he excels at keeping the team smiling and reminding us all to enjoy the work we do.

When he’s off duty, Copper can be found exploring the outdoors, sneaking snacks from the grandkids, or catching a cozy nap — usually right where someone needs to walk.

Copper might not be on the tools, but around here, no project feels complete without him nearby.
