HOW IT WORKS

    This helps us understand your goals before scheduling a visit.

  • Renovation work always starts with seeing the space in person.

    We’ll coordinate a site visit to:

    • Review existing conditions

    • Discuss layout, finishes, and priorities

    • Answer questions and offer guidance

    This ensures expectations are aligned from the start.

  • After the site visit, we review what’s involved and consider the best approach for the space, timeline, and budget.

    If there are options or decisions to make, we’ll walk through them with you before pricing.

  • Once the scope is defined, we prepare a detailed written quote outlining:

    • Scope of work

    • Pricing

    • Timeline expectations

    Everything is laid out clearly so you know what to expect.

  • We send the quote for review and are happy to answer any questions.

    Nothing moves forward until you’re comfortable with the plan and approve the work.

  • After approval:

    • The agreement is signed

    • A deposit is collected

    • The project is scheduled

    We confirm timelines and expectations before work begins.

  • We show up as scheduled, complete the work properly, and keep the job site clean and respectful.

    Communication stays open throughout the project.

  • Once the work is complete, we review the finished project and provide any relevant documentation or photos.

  • The client can pay using:

    • Check

    • Credit or debit card

    • ACH

    • Financing options (where applicable)

  • Our goal is for you to feel confident in the work and comfortable living with the results long after the project is finished.
