Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! 27 Contracting is a licensed and insured Class A Residential Building Contractor in the state of Virginia. We carry all required coverage, including general liability and workers’ compensation. Our W-2 employees you meet on site are fully covered, and any specialty partners we work with are verified for proper licensing and insurance.
How long does a quote take?
Our goal is to provide quotes by the next business day when we’re able to price the work from photos or an inspection report. If an on-site visit is needed for measurements or clarification, we’ll reach out within that same timeframe to schedule a visit.
How do payments work?
We require a 50% deposit to schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payments can be made by cash, check, or electronic payment when your estimate or invoice is sent.
How does scheduling work?
Scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit has been received. If you have time-sensitive repairs, let us know and we’ll review available options.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We typically provide a one-year labor warranty on our work unless otherwise specified in your estimate. Manufacturer warranties on materials or products vary by product.
