What started as a post-closing inspection repair quickly uncovered rotted subfloor from an old porch conversion. Through clear communication and same-day approvals, we handled everything from structural repairs and new subfloor to updated flooring, trim adjustments, and fixture reinstall — resolving the issue the right way without surprises.

Yesterday we decided to take a break from the usual routine and drive across the state to look at a piece of machinery we were thinking about adding to the business. It felt like a fun little adventure — a chance to stretch our legs, talk shop, and maybe bring home something useful.

But once we got there, it was pretty clear the ad had left out a few… important details.

This Thanksgiving, we’re feeling especially grateful — for our families, our hardworking team, and the clients who’ve trusted us with their homes. We even look back on the Thanksgiving Eve we stayed in a customer’s kitchen until 11pm during a water-damage emergency, just to make sure their family could still celebrate the next day.
