What We Mean When We Say “We Do It All”

We say it a lot.

“We handle it.”
“We can take care of that.”
“We do it all.”

But what does that actually mean?

Here’s what this month has looked like for us at 27 Contracting.

We’ve:

  • Helped with snow removal after winter weather

  • Replaced a full HVAC system

  • Serviced HVAC units

  • Recoated a roof

  • Removed failing spray foam in a crawlspace and replaced it with proper insulation and vapor barrier

  • Fixed electrical items from a real estate addendum

  • Painted a full new construction home

  • Replaced failed window thermal seals

  • Installed new lighting fixtures

  • Repaired shower diverters

  • Replaced an exterior door

  • Built a new 5x5 porch

  • Cleaned gutters

  • Fogged a home for mold remediation concerns

  • Shimmed and stabilized a foundation pier

  • Refinished hardwood floors

  • Turned over a rental with fresh paint

  • And plenty of small repairs in between

That’s not a highlight reel from a year.
That’s just this month.

So What Does “We Do It All” Actually Mean?

It doesn’t mean we personally swing every hammer.

It means we manage the solution.

Some of this work was performed by our in-house crew.
Some of it was handled by trusted licensed trade partners we’ve built relationships with.

But every job was:

  • Scoped properly

  • Scheduled properly

  • Communicated clearly

  • Completed professionally

One point of contact.
One invoice.
One company responsible.

Why This Matters for Realtors & Property Managers

You don’t have time to:

  • Call three different trades

  • Coordinate schedules

  • Chase estimates

  • Translate contractor language to clients

  • Wonder who’s responsible if something goes sideways

You need someone who can walk a property and say:

“Yes. We can handle all of this.”

And actually mean it.

That’s the difference.

When we say we do it all, we mean you can send us the list — inspection repairs, maintenance items, turnover work, unexpected issues — and we’ll coordinate the right people to get it done.

It’s About Reducing Stress.

Transactions are already complicated.

The last thing you need is chasing contractors while trying to get to closing.

Our job is to remove that friction — not add to it.

If you’ve got a list, send it over.
We’ll handle it.
